For fifteen years Hannah Jenner forged a successful career as a professional sailor. After qualifying as a captain at the age of twenty-two, she went on to become the first female captain in the 2007-08 Clipper Round the World Yacht Race. Despite being one of few female captains in a male dominated sport, Hannah was ultimately head hunted to run and race a performance catamaran based in California. It was in 2014 just after moving from the UK to the USA that Hannah noticed a calling to explore a career in coaching. She began by signing up for a life coach training course “The Art and Science of Coaching”, a qualification offered by the renowned Erickson Coaching International.
In 2015 Hannah completed her Crossfit L1 Trainer course and after deciding to retire from sailing in 2017, she qualified as a Nutrition Coach through the prestigious Precision Nutrition program. Since then Coach Hannah has guided many clients through 1:1 coaching and has crafted highly successful group coaching programs that focus on developing the fundamental habits required to develop a long term and lasting healthy relationship with nutrition and body image. In January 2020 Hannah completed her Crossfit L2 Trainer certification and then in 2022 she graduated as a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Coach. Hannah is constantly seeking to provide her clients with the highest caliber of coaching by pursuing educational opportunities and is now qualified as a board certified NBHWC Health & Wellness Coach.
