Learn how to create heathy habits around food, exercise, recovery and self care!  Work towards developing a happy and healthy relationship with food to ensure that you are fueling your body well while maintaining a balanced approach.  Clients can opt to track macros or follow a hand portion guide which encourages the practice of intuitive eating.

Optimize your nutrition for peak performance and recovery.  Whatever your sport, learn how to maximize power output, sustain energy levels and recover quickly.  While macro counting is advised, it is not always the right approach for each individual athlete.  Your program will be tailor made to support you in achieving your athletic goals while building a healthy relationship with food and eating.

If you have a history of disordered eating, yoyo dieting or binge eating then we can work with you on behavioral change and education around a healthy balanced approach to nutrition.  In this program we take a look at habit patterns and triggers and work to create an environment that supports and promotes a healthy and happy relationship with food and exercise.  You will be supported with a weekly accountability call from your coach.

*Achieving Awesome cannot diagnose or treat eating disorders and does not offer psychiatric or therapy services.  We can work in conjunction with a qualified medical provider to support behavioral change during the recovery process.
